I am a Senior Citizen (on Pension) &, like most women know nothing about the actual "workings" of a car, therefore, I have to rely on the report(s) given to me by the Service Dept. people at the Dealership. Today I picked up my 2009 Chev. Cobalt after repairs which needed to be done, & which had been described to me by Jim Treen. Jim was very patient in explaining to me what needed to be done & for that I am grateful......altho' my repair bill was rather high I am confident in the knowledge that the car is now "safe" to drive. Let me just say that I appreciate the time he took to put my mind at ease.....thank you Jim. Thanks too, for the 10-point inspection & fill-ups of all the fluids, most appreciated, as I have trouble even trying to open the hood!!! More

Tom Cielecki greeted me and showed me the truck. I then went on a test drive with Tom and later bought the truck. Tom made the experience very smooth and comforting. Therefore, Ms. McLeod, Mr. Maginnis, and Mr. Juve deserved an excellent rating during my visit to their location. First of all, my complaint was received and handled by Ms. McLeod in a friendly manner. Then, the problem was identified by Mr. Juve after carefully listening to all the incidents happened during driving the vehicle. Mr. Juve also accompanied me through a road test in order to clarify the functionality of the vehicle. Later on, a new part was ordered and approved in a very fast pace by Mr. Maginnis. Within only two days, the new part was shipped and personally replaced by Mr. Juve who also provided me with some useful recommendations. Thank you again to all the members of the service team for your outstanding problem-solving skills as well as your professional service. From my end, I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone who would have a chance to read this review if they would consider to buy or maintain their vehicles. More

I dropped into BUDDS Chev in Oakville and meet Bill Coombe. Needless to say, it was the last dealership I stepped foot into. Bill was absolutely fantastic to work with. He respected what my needs (and wants) were and worked well within my budget. He took the time to explain all the benefits and advantages of each trim level and what would best suit my needs. He is truly a gentleman and what I believe the standard of sales people should be held to. His customer service and understanding of his client is unmatched.
