Reason: word of mouth on how they kept those 70's British Leyland products roadworthy when no one else could. We needed a 2nd car and Budd's had what we needed. The affable Tom Cielecki got me going in the new car in record time and introduced me to the much of the Budd's family. Yes, even though I am not an orphan, Budd's has adopted me anyway. I expect to be invited over for Christmas dinner. More

No hassle when asked if we could take, several, cars for a test drive. We arrived at the Budds' around 12 noon and did not close the deal until 5:30pm, again no hassle or pressure. Numerous questions were asked as we needed to establishing a comfort level with Bill and dealership since this was our first time dealing with Budds'. It was a wonderful experience will definitely be recommending Budds' to family and friends. More

Love my "Budds"! So, I got my VIP invitation in the mail and only went to chat about MAYBE trading in my car (2011 Chevy Cruz that I loved!). Three hours later I left So, I got my VIP invitation in the mail and only went to chat about MAYBE trading in my car (2011 Chevy Cruz that I loved!). Three hours later I left with papers in hand for my brand new (almost) 2016 Chev Malibu! Tom Cielecki greeted me initially with a big handshake and smile and really listened to what I was looking for. I wanted the fire engine red Corvette, but as that was not on the table, and my finances weren't the best, I really didn't think I'd be able to get anything. He told me I absolutely would be able to get something and he'd make sure of it. After lots of chat, he took my papers "upstairs" where we waited for word from "the great one". Aptly named as his first name is Wayne (Walker). I was led up the mighty staircase into "the great one's" office and warmly greeted by Wayne. Against all odds, not only did Wayne get me out of my lease with a not to be mentioned loan company, but put my lease into a far better company. He did some kind of magic on the computer and the next thing I knew I was the proud owner of the fire engine red Corvette! Kidding, but getting closer. This Chev Malibu has all the bells and whistles plus a sun roof! My experience from walking into Budd's and being greeted by their lovely receptionist to meeting with salesman Tom and finance genius Wayne was top notch from beginning to ? Well, it's not the end yet, as I'll see these great guys and staff when I take my sweet ride in to be serviced. Overall, I have to give them a 10 out of 10! More

When I met Heather in person(who answers the Dealership phone), she was quick to recognize the name and why I was there...another impressive act of Customer Service. I am very happy in the end we made the deal. And very happy with the car too, it has the right color I want, I have all the feathers I want. During the financing stage, Bounsay did a great job to make the process went smoothly, he also remind me a lot to bring all required documents to finalize the deal.
