She got Rick Watson to help us. He treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. He answered all of our questions, was very patient and very knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle ...we sat in quite a few before deciding on one. We highly recommend Rick Watson for sales and Kylie Burridge for the financial aspect and would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated royally with excellent customer service and respect. She even changed her personal schedule in order to accommodate us. We purchased the car at a fair price and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The Finance Manager, Kylie Burridge was just as friendly and professional and was able to work out an extended warranty that fit our unique situation. She also ensured that the car was detailed and inspected from top to bottom. The car is fabulous and everyone thinks it is brand new. Arrival at your London Lexus dealership is always so welcoming as we are greeted by familiar faces, and of course coffee and snacks. Everyone in your maintenance department has always been extremely knowledgeable, respectful of our opinions, concerns and questions. We trust their them implicitly. Lyndsi assisted us at our visit last Saturday and she was spectacular. Friendly, knows her stuff, such a pleasure to work with, and easy to deal with. We always get a beautiful loaner vehicle, which helps us choose our next car, and Romeo helps us transfer our shopping when we return to pick up our freshly washed, shining car. We have not needed any repairs to our Lexus loves, but your mechanics are above reproach. We have just one complaint -- Lexus of London has ruined us from ever purchasing a car from any other dealer, and your Lexus vehicles have taken away any option to purchase any other model.
