With no prior experience in the automotive world, Stephanie took great pride in starting her career with the best of the best! With an undeniable dedication to the guest experience, an eye for online marketing and a passion for community involvement she assists in managing the day to day operations of the dealership, both in the showroom and online. Born and raised in London, her down time is spent convincing her daughter that Blue Rodeo really is the best band ever, hitting local markets, checking out new restaurants, killing hours upon hours at Boler Mountain and living that mom life! My husband and I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and our experience with Lexus of London was exceptional. The quality of their product was evident from the moment you sat in the drive over the years and our experience with Lexus of London was exceptional. The quality of their product was evident from the moment you sat in the drivers seat. But the icing on the cake was our Product Advisor, Lisa Ali. Lisa was exceptional every step of the way during our experience. She was patient, kind, listened to what we were looking for and had a warm personality, never making us feel pressured. We highly recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle to reach out to Lisa. She went above & beyond. More

Lisa Ali was fantastic, I have never dealt with a salesperson better than her! Lisa made sure our 3 visits were comfortable and stress free, she could not have done anything more to help us make our salesperson better than her! She was with us right from first entry into the building to negotiations to our pick up.
