"Very not satisfied! I visited the Bel-Air Lexus dealership to have the plastic film on the hood of my 2013 RX350 removed and a bug deflector installed. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that the paint was chipped from removing the plastic film. The service department attempted to repair the damage by dabbing paint on the hood. However, their own body shop, Belair Assured, indicated to me that the hood needed to be re-painted to avoid rust. However, the dealer principle, Michel Parent, refused to take responsibility for the damage. Moreover, the service department is now denying the damage. Very disappointing customer service!"
