For 10+ years JP Lexus serviced my vehicle and I sang their praises. After my last experience, I'm looking elsewhere to have my car taken care of. I was a little disappointed that the 'luxury' touches were missing. I got used to picking up a freshly washed and vacuumed car. I was accustomed to the branded bottle of water, the copy of today's newspaper, and the little "How'd we do," card - not to mention the follow-up phone call regarding customer satisfaction. Most galling was the fact that a (minor) issue was left unresolved. I was told that by the time I arrived to pick-up my car that there would be more information and options for me. At 3:30 pm there was nobody at the service desk and no further information. Reception assured that a service rep would call me to follow-up. A week has gone by and I have heard nothing. Needless to say, the unresolved minor issue is being attended to by a different shop.
It looks to me like there have been some major staff and procedural changes in the service department - not for for the benefit of the customer.

Over the last month , emailed twice re software upgrade for my 2019 NX300H, called twice re getting detailing appointment, called once re software upgrade. Not once has anyone followed up in returning my questions.

The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.

This dealership have always done a very thorough and professional job of maintaining my 2007 RX 350 over the last two years and having just bought a 2013 RX 350, I am looking forward to continued great service. They are knowledgeable and offer very good service advise. They even noticed small things like a burnt out running exterior light in the front end. Car is always ready when promised.
AIR Filter Replacement as tricky Extra Charge - D
Service. I am not coming back ! Every time their estimate is one number but ending with some mandatory extras .. they call you “during the service” and asking you (one example) “if you like AIR FILTER to be replaced”? if you ask them kindly if is possible to clean it with compress air, .. No, they insist to be replaced. On the very end bill much higher than estimated!!, That “Major” service consisted of changing Oil, Oil Filter, and Brake fluid. Everything else is checking, checking, checking . . . Taking huge money for $100 job. I’ll stay away from them.

I know I'm new to the Lexus family but your attention to detail was outstanding. I am very pleased with the results of the exterior detail of my Vehicle. As you and the service department know, I had difficult, exterior mineral deposits that needed removal. The vehicle now has a beautiful shine!
