David Theado and David Mangano took the time and made the effort to find just the right car and had it shipped to Palm Harbor. Later there was a problem with our garage door opener not working with the ne effort to find just the right car and had it shipped to Palm Harbor. Later there was a problem with our garage door opener not working with the new 530i. It took three trips and some help from Cesar Tereso and Jazer Sequra to get things working. They were nonstop in solving the problem. More

I just bought a 2021 750i and the hose blew day 1. Service guys were good on getting me a car quick. When I asked questions after the sale about a refund of maintenance warranty and delay on custo Service guys were good on getting me a car quick. When I asked questions after the sale about a refund of maintenance warranty and delay on custom plate, David Theado and Aaron were slow to respond with little to no info causing me to ask several times to get a simple answer. Frustrated with lack of prompt and clear responses Scott Douglas didn’t get involved even though I was told he was made known of issue. Had another guy call me in which I had to explain issues from the beginning. More
