Dropped in and was taken care of! I recently purchased a new Acura and had the need to have the trailer hitch installed for a bike carrier. I stopped by on a Saturday hoping the parts I recently purchased a new Acura and had the need to have the trailer hitch installed for a bike carrier. I stopped by on a Saturday hoping the parts department would be open so I could find out if this is something that would be ordered before I made the service appointment. Since the parts were in-stock, I wandered over to the service department to schedule a service visit for the installation. I was pleasantly surprised when the advisor - Yvonne - invited me to stay for an hour while they install it for me right then. I had no expectations of this - usually the process is more cumbersome to schedule and plan for such a visit. However they were able to do this - on a Saturday! - when I simply dropped in. I am not ignorant to the fact this is likely good timing, however I did appreciate the quick and speedy service. Five stars on all points except for pricing. Pricing at dealers is always high, but I appreciate factory parts and installation. I do, however, wish there was a bit more 'value' baked in from a pricing standpoint. More
