Couldn’t have been better... except that there was no one to greet me when I pulled my car in to be serviced. I had to go inside & find someone since there was no one at the desk. But found Yvonne & she was to greet me when I pulled my car in to be serviced. I had to go inside & find someone since there was no one at the desk. But found Yvonne & she was great. RB1 service was dine very timely & Yvonne met with me & went over everything before & after service. Was not charged for service I did not need. More

My Service Rep I came in to do the 85,000 miles check on the car and also needed new tires. Yvonne worked fast to get my car worked on and she texted me all informa I came in to do the 85,000 miles check on the car and also needed new tires. Yvonne worked fast to get my car worked on and she texted me all information on what needed to be done and also gave me some pricing on the tires. She gave me all the pricing options and explained how long the tires would last, etc. She also made some recommendations . I will definitely return for the other Acura I have and will make an appointment with her. More
