This was my first experience having my car serviced at Jackson Acura, and I was hoping for the best. Yvonne totally took care of my concerns and my car's problem. When my car wouldn't start, we thought Jackson Acura, and I was hoping for the best. Yvonne totally took care of my concerns and my car's problem. When my car wouldn't start, we thought it was an electrical problem. I called Jackson Acura and Yvonne is so knowledgeable as she described a probable cause that I had never heard of. I had to have a wrecker deliver my car (my baby) to this place I've never seen and put my car in capable hands of a person I'd never met. A few hours later, Yvonne called and my car was good to go! Much less of a problem than either of us imagined. We all have a boatload of stressors in our lives these days, which makes it all the more important to know that when you car needs servicing, that you can count on your chosen service provider to competently and professionally care for your car.
