Stellar experience... as per usual! Fell in love with the brand and the Otto's BMW dealership 3 years ago when I got my first BMW from Ben Drake. 3 years later, I was assigned to Ian Mar Fell in love with the brand and the Otto's BMW dealership 3 years ago when I got my first BMW from Ben Drake. 3 years later, I was assigned to Ian Martin. I had been looking for a 4 series GranCoupe for a while but wasn't exactly in a rush because... as you can imagine, my old 3 series performed very well still. I was tempted to buy an Audi A6 as I had always been in love with Audis but once again Otto's BMW won me over. Ian showed me a beautiful CPO 428i xDrive GC. With tinted windows. I thought to myself: that's meant to be - as I had always wanted to tint the windows - no need to spend extra on that! Ian agreed to let me take the car home overnight so I can decide whether I really wanted it. Ian and Wilmer both said they would put the car on hold for me. No security deposit as other dealerships would expect. I honestly can't say enough about these guys! Top notch service from start to finish. We scheduled delivery for this morning and there she was, my new 4 series, in the delivery room, freshly detailed... with a personalized message waiting for me. I am completely satisfied! Not only that but I was impressed to see other employees knew my name! I feel very welcome every time I'm there. More

I met Jay Miller months ago and he has spent endless hours working with me and other members of my family looking for the used BMW that meets out unique needs. He has always been up front and honest with us and as a result my family has purchased two cars from him. What makes Ottos BMW dealership outstanding is that you are also dealing with car professional such as Wilmer Rodrigues, Pre-Owned Sales Manager. He is an individual who worked his way from an entry position and has now assembled a sales organization of professionals. From a customer prospective is is nice to go back to a dealership and see the same people each time. Car dealership have a reputation of changes faces often and when individuals stay at a dealership it is indicative that they are doing something right; both for the Dealership and the customer. I encourage anyone who is looking to purchase a used BMW to consider Ottos. However just as it is important that one purchases a car from a knowledgeable sales person you as the customer also have to do your homework as well. More
