Best to be honest, They don't have enough mechanics on a Saturday. I have 8 tires and wheels to make a quicker seasonable swap from Winter to summer wheels. it took a bit of a wait to even get the vehic a Saturday. I have 8 tires and wheels to make a quicker seasonable swap from Winter to summer wheels. it took a bit of a wait to even get the vehicle into the shop. So about 2.5 hours passed for what should have been a real short 1/2 Hr. or so swap. But was glad it got it done. Perhaps I maybe should do the swap at home... But in general, they do well. Maybe add another tech or 2 to help that long wait. I've had mostly long wait times. More

Went in for an oil change that was scheduled and I was waiting. I wasn’t told til I handed over my keys it would take up to 2 hours. I live almost 1.5 hours away and it ended up taking 2.5 hours. Would have been nice to have a call beforehand to let me know or update their online scheduler so I could have rescheduled. I was late to my kids sporting event. Very frustrating. More

William was easy to work with, but the "solution" to my new tires leaking air and needing refills every 10-14 days was not efficient or effective. I was charged more than my quoted price, was there for ov new tires leaking air and needing refills every 10-14 days was not efficient or effective. I was charged more than my quoted price, was there for over four hours, and left with the air pressure sensor not working in my vehicle, despite choosing the most expensive solution to fix the initial problem. So I ended up paying 2.5 times the quoted price for the insertion of rubber autel sensors because I wanted the assurance of the tire pressure sensor working in my vehicle. Despite choosing the installation of the more expensive Autel 1 Metal Sensors, and it doesn't work. And William addressed that and told me let you folks know if the light doesn't work after 50+ miles (which it doesn't) and you'll take another look at it, but that means another trip to xx. Albans and more hours spent in your waiting room. This doesn't seem right, after having been there for four plus hours on Monday afternoon to have pins inserted that don't sync with the car's system. Had I known this, I would have surely gone with the cheaper option. I am disappointed in this visit (not due to William's assistance), and feel like I was not treated honestly or effectively. More
