Dan: I was very pleased how service advisor Vincent Gonzalez and his two mechanics figured out the cause of the excessive noise problem when traveling over a bump with my 2020 Ascent. It was fixed in a timely fashion today and it boosted my confidence in your service people and department overall. My wife and I have purchased 3 new Subaru’s over the years from Utica Subaru and look forward to getting the fourth in the near future. Harold L. Frye
