I left the dealership feeling unwelcome and unappreciated despite just spending $6,359 on service and having purchase 3 cars there. Awful customer relations. When I pulled out my $50 service voucher they said I was too late, but then they organized a meeting of 4 people who came out a proposed a credit of $50 for next service. This was in addition to the $30 car wash credit 8 got which I need to use in the next 30 days. It was too cold to wash the car today. It’s December. Now I can wait for a warm day in the next 30 days and I can drive down from Fairfield and use my $30 wash in Darien. Guess $6,359 was too small as service bill to get treated like a valued customer. This was after the service rep sent me to the cashier to settle my bill rather than explain it to me. More

I brought my car in for a simple recall. I asked for no car wash and Vincent wrote “no wash” on the paperwork. When I return, the concierge mixes me up with another customer and I end up waiting an hour. car wash and Vincent wrote “no wash” on the paperwork. My service advisor was on the ball but when the concierge and porters are idiots, it is meaningless. More
