Scheduling, check-in and pick-up were easy and went smoothly and quickly. My experience at this dealer far surpassed mine at Westchester (surly service advisor and scheduling mishap) and Ridgefield (another surly service advisor, they bent and creased my front license plate, and fixed one issue but I suspect caused a different issue), and I look forward to coming back to the Darien dealer. More
