This is the second time having Victoria as my Toyota Service Advisor. Her curtness, lack of explanation, and overall lack of customer assistance and professionalism during the process are evidence enoug Service Advisor. When my spouse initially called to have the work done on my vehicle, she was advised on the phone that the service would not take long, and I would have the vehicle the same day ( my appointment was at 1500 hrs.) I asked Victoria if the car will be ready by time of close. I was advised by the sevice advisor the service shop closes at 5:00, The car will probably not be ready. I asked if there was a shuttle service. I was advised "It does not run on Friday". I am handicapped and not able to assist myself wihtout a lot of pain and struggle or without help from my spouse. I was left to find out on my own how to get home Friday night. Calling 3 different people ( including my spouse who was in Cavendish, VT) how to get home after Handy closes. Again, no compassion or assistance was provided from this service adviser. I was notified by text about my vehicle'a work, not verbally in person. I have been coming to Handy Toyota location for more than 10 years. There seems to be a higher than normal turnover rate at this business. Handy Toyota should be ashamed to hire front facing workers who represent an otherwise great car company. This will most likely be my last visit to Handy Toyota for service. Eric Hemingway More
