I put a deposit down at the end of August 2021 with the feedback that I would receive my new vehicle by Christmas. Then I was informed that I will be receiving a 2022 model and asked to pay more money. It feedback that I would receive my new vehicle by Christmas. It finally arrive in May just before I was to go on holidays.only to be informed the my accessoies were not ordered. The dealership was pivotal in getting the accessoies ordered and installed within a few days. I feel very lucky to have time to get familiar with my new ride before leaving. I can't thank thank the dealership enough as it has made our vacations enjoyable and stress free. The RAV4 is performing well and handles well. It has many features that make driving it a joy. The navigation and audio system are much-needed accessory that driving it fun. More

Purchased a new Toyota Rav4 and experienced excellent service all the way through. I showed up at 12 noon on a Saturday and Val bought me lunch while she helped another customer and even offered to charg service all the way through. My experience at Charlesglen was amazing start to finish. I'd been looking for a midsized pickup for a few weeks and every other dealership I was getting texts from the sales team every hour it seemed.
