Dear Mr. Parsons, I never like to see negative reviews and while I understand your frustration, this issue is between you and your bank. When you traded-in your old truck on the Saturday, our Senior Financial Services Manager, Chantal Geddes, clearly, professionally and politely explained to you that your pre-approved payment - that you set-up with your bank on your old truck would likely come out, as scheduled, on the following Tuesday. I think it is reasonable to understand that even a bank cannot stop automatic payments in one business day (that being the Monday). Regrettably, your profanity-laced tirade directed to Chantal proved ineffective in having the bank stop payment. Chantal tried to assure you, based on her many years of service to our customers that the bank would reimburse you. That resulted in more verbal abuse to her by you. Upon seeing your review I immediately contacted you by phone and text to attempt to help you. Here is your response: “I have no interest in chatting with anyone from that place. Dont bother whats done is done now. This my 8th vehicle man one of them being 140000 sports car and never did I ever have a xxxx around like this…” As I mentioned at the beginning; no one likes to see a negative review. I can assure you, no one on my team likes to be sworn at and verbally abused as you did to Chantal. We tried to help but it seems to no avail. Corey Black General Sales Manager
