I was very pleased with the service. I drop the vehicle off and picked up the cross track in the evening. Only negative thing is that when I try calling back few times couldn't get threw I drop the vehicle off and picked up the cross track in the evening. Only negative thing is that when I try calling back few times couldn't get threw the line and after leaving the message they didn't call back until the service was done. Other than that it was excellent and I love the videos they sent for the work done on the cross track. More

The Service Department staff is friendly and very professional. Each staff member takes the time to listen to my concerns and then effectively communicate them to the technician who will work on my professional. Each staff member takes the time to listen to my concerns and then effectively communicate them to the technician who will work on my vehicle. I like the ability to make an appointment for service online, at my own convenience, and not stop what I'm doing during the day to make a phone call. Plus, I can express in writing the work I want done. The videos of the technician finds with my vehicle are a nice touch and something I really appreciate. More
