Happy Customer! We were looking at replacing our current vehicle. I had popped into the dealership to see what they had and fell in love with the "orange" Journey. We were looking at replacing our current vehicle. I had popped into the dealership to see what they had and fell in love with the "orange" Journey. During that visit I met Brock. He was really helpful searching for vehicles they had available and printing out the details so I could go home and ponder. My partner and I went back two days later and left with the "orange" Journey! :) Thank you Brock. You made us feel like important clients. Just be careful everyone is one the same page I had a very good experience with the finance person, Trish, but not entirely satisfied with sales experience. Asking for "dual" DVD screens meaning I I had a very good experience with the finance person, Trish, but not entirely satisfied with sales experience. Asking for "dual" DVD screens meaning I thought meant for the back but they meant I could watch a movie in the front seats. Who does that? Anyway I'm out an extra 2300$ to actually get "dual" screens for the back honestly does anyone go sit in their car to watch a show in the front seat??? They acted all "well of course" More

Poor used vehicle reconditioning! My search for a good used vehicle lead me to Crestview Chrysler based on their great prices, in hind sight I guess you get what you pay for. Brennan w My search for a good used vehicle lead me to Crestview Chrysler based on their great prices, in hind sight I guess you get what you pay for. Brennan was happy to help me look at a couple vehicles. By the time i made it back to the dealership from picking up my wife from work it was 10 minutes till close! Despite having to stay one and a half hours after closing time brennan, Andrew and Trisha were all happy to stay and make the sale, however you'd better hope you don't need anything after they have your money! Unfortunately I haven't had the vehicle for even a week, the first time I washed it the windshield they had installed is leaking badly inside the car running down behind the dash onto the floor. I'm sure this has caused damage that won't be found unless the dash is taken apart, which will never happen. A new windshield will be installed and I'll be left to find the electrical surprises slowly over time... When the vehicle is no longer covered because now I'm stuck with it! More
