Grande Prairie Nissan must abide by the process and policy set forth by Nissan Canada when dealing with any warrantable issues. Grande Prairie Nissan employs professionally trained and certified Nissan technicians and advisors. Our technicians and advisors are factory trained and specialized in Nissan products. As you indicated, the part was installed by a non-Nissan authorized third party, which is in direct violation of Nissan Canada’s warranty terms and conditions. As previously explained, we are happy to assist with the warranty procedure for the part itself, but we must adhere to Nissan Canada’s process in order to receive a favorable claim for you. I am grateful that you have brought your concern to our attention, as our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. It is our hope that you will choose to work with us to gain a favorable warranty claim.
