I answered their above copy and paste response privately- "who do I ask for?" I received no response after that. Ganley Ford-Parma had 3 chances to detail my "new" F150 Raptor 802-37 demo. The 1st delay I agreed to the delay because it couldn't get scheduled in time before I picked up the truck-apparently at Ziebart, which I didn't know that at the time. So why couldn't GANLEY do the detail? Cost too much? Why couldn't Ziebart do the detail while they had it-twice? So 2 trips to Ziebart and still not detailed-not even vacuumed-nothing cleaned at all and not even washed. Remember this was sold as new but was a demo. Not terribly dirty but definitely not "as new" as I was told it would be. Smears all over the windows, small debris on the floor and seats, light dust pretty much everywhere, even found a candy wrapper behind driver seat. What was so hard about getting it detailed as promised? What did I do wrong here? Was I wrong for expecting the scratches and the chip on the bumper and skid plate to be fixed? AGAIN-They weren't there the day I bought it. I did it myself BTW. I expected the detail because I was told it would be done inside and out when I bought it. What was the comment from John "I'm bending over backwards for you" all about when I asked him why it wasn't done? I'd like to know what and how he bent over backwards for. Doing his job? No other issues ever came up-nothing- so I don't know what pissed him off. It gets better. There were 5k miles on it when bought, he told me that the oil was changed and tires rotated. xx, Then why don't they show up on the service record?
