My sister has always gone to Ken Ganley on Lorain rd Cleveland Ohio. When i found out they bought my dealer Ford and moved in, i wasn't hesitant to make an appointment for service. The service manager k Cleveland Ohio. When i found out they bought my dealer Ford and moved in, i wasn't hesitant to make an appointment for service. The service manager knew what my request was, the mechanic suggested what i needed for safety ( my auto is 18 yrs ) And was well taken care of. The cost was explained in advance.
