My wife and I just picked up our new GLK 250 Bluetec and couldn't be happier with our experience at Mercedes-Benz London. Our salesperson Tony was professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We initially met with him over a year ago for a different car but we were not ready to proceed with the purchase. He spent a considerable amount of time with us but we never felt pressured to make purchase. We made certain that we went back to him when we were ready and fast forward one year later, we are glad we did. Once again, he patiently guided us in making our final decision on the GLK 250. Tony helped my wife (and baby on the way) to select the perfect car to suit our current and future needs. We were able to get our hands on a brand new GLK at a fantastic price as it was part of an end of year clearance so we are especially happy about that.
