People make the Difference! After looking for a vehicle for three weeks I was frustrated and confused by the baffle-gab I went through. I visited the website for Mercedes London then went to the dealership, where I spoke with Tony Yang. No confusion, no BS. Simple, straight-forward answers to my questions with no "sugar coating". When I asked a question about a tiny detail on the car, he went out of his way and found the answer. Now, three weeks later, I am thrilled with the car. I was always made to feel as though the sales associate/dealership was doing me a favour instead of the other way around . I am extremely pleased to say that my recent experience with Tony Yang and the staff at Mercedes-Benz London was exceptionally positive. Tony was very knowledgable about the product line. He helped me to select the perfect GLA 250 and went above and beyond to locate it for me. Tony remain in constant contact by phone and email until my vehicle arrived. He took the time to review all of the features and ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. He was also very helpful in working out the logistics of "passing through" our previous vehicle, that we could realize some tax savings . I would not hesitate to recommend Tony and Mercedes Benz London to family and friends. More

I have had my Mercedes serviced by the excellent team headed by Dave McVittie and Markus Widmer which is why I continue to be a loyal MB customer. As a salesman Tony ranks right up there with the best. He is a pleasure to deal with and his product knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to explain even the smallest details made the purchase seamless. Very good experience at MB we met Mike at a social engagement and he was telling us about the MB vehicles. As a result we arrived at the dealership and saw the GLK 250. We too we met Mike at a social engagement and he was telling us about the MB vehicles. As a result we arrived at the dealership and saw the GLK 250. We took the veihicle for a test drive without a salesperson along which makes the experience relaxing. This allowed us to test drive the vehicle without interference. We decided to purschase the vehicle and Mike made the process very easy. On the day of pickup we met with Tony and he showed me the vehicle in more detail. We had dealt with Tony in the pass and had a positive experience. Tony is well verse in the GLK 250. He knew this vehicle inside and out. He set up our cell phones as this was new to us. He understood that giving us too much at once was not productive so after the basics we were on our way. Tony wanted us to be happy and encouraged us to call any time with questions and he would help out. Tony is a very good ambassador for MB. More

He was very patient and allowed me the time to think about it and to assess my options. He was also very truthful and accurate in his estimates for the value of the car and I did not find any hidden fees when I was finalizing the deal. More
