I’m 66 years old, Performance cars have been all I have ever wanted to drive. When it comes to dealerships and service Lithia, blows away every auto place I have ever dealt with, by a long shot. I never have gotten the kind of work or customer service like I have gotten from everyone at this dealership. No one can even come close, past, present …. there is no future only Lithia forever. Special thanks to, Dana, Steve, and Junior, these guys and their work, make me feel safe and secure when I pick up my car. When I am using the performance of my car, I know it will take what ever I can give it, and I never have to cloud up my mind with, “ I hope they did the work right” or “will this car breakdown, out in the middle of nowhere”, which is where I like to drive. My mind is focused on the road and driving as it should be.. with the highest praise I can give and after all these years Lithia is someone I trust and I know if the works done there, then the price is fair, also. In closing, Lithia lets me sleep at night and allows me to, enjoy the driving experience only Mopar can give. Go there, and you will never go anywhere else, if you’re smart ! I had some minor issues in the past with the dealership and service department but they have made many changes in the last few years and now I’m getting both my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my 2021 Dodge D and service department but they have made many changes in the last few years and now I’m getting both my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my 2021 Dodge Durango serviced here. Also, I recently got a quote from their collision repair shop, which is all under one roof now, expecting it to be an over the top quote but they can in under another local shop so I will be taking my Jeep there for this repair.
