I made an appointment and stated what I was fairly certain was wrong with the vehicle and that it also needed an oil change. I brought it in and again let Charles know what I believed was wrong with i certain was wrong with the vehicle and that it also needed an oil change. I brought it in and again let Charles know what I believed was wrong with it and that it needed an oil change yet again. (Tire speed sensor) it took them all day to figure out what was wrong with it and that they had to order the part. When Charles called me to let me know the part had to be ordered he somehow forgot about the oil change. So I had to let him know again. He then said I could pick up the car in the morning and he would call when it was ready. I waited all day the following day and finally got a call from Charles saying the part should be in on the next day (Friday). I said okay I’ll just leave the car there let me know when you guys are done. I waited until the following Wednesday to call and was told that the part didn’t show up and it was back ordered and it magically went on back order on the day that I called. Yet Charles never once decided to tell me the part never showed up Friday until I called to ask. Charles is also rather rude and unpleasant to work with. More

The worst part was waiting so long for the parts ! One month + ! No LOANER car was available , even though everything was still covered under the power train warranty, and we had an extended warrant One month + ! No LOANER car was available , even though everything was still covered under the power train warranty, and we had an extended warranty, so we had to use our motorhome for a pricey alternative . The BEST PART was working with Charles Sebastian ! He kept us informed of the progress, and gave us updates as to when he expected the transfer case he ordered would arrive so the repairs could be made. More

Charles did a thorough job completing my 100K maintenance service and some extra issues. He worked with a third party insurer to submit a warranty claim while taking extra care on the general maintenance iss service and some extra issues. Several parts needed to be ordered so I will have to return for a follow up installation; those parts had to be paid for when I picked up my truck but I expect that will make the pending visit more seemless. I used the early drop off process (before 7 am) which was easy. More
