Bad service Took my jeep in as it started to over heat in a snow storm. It sat there until I was informed it wasn't going to get into the shop to get looked at. Unexpected repairs not related to wear and tear are never a pleasant occurrence, but we must say that in all the years we've had our vehicles serviced at this dealership, Tony Kunz has by far been the best Service Advisor we've ever had. He understands our frustration and does everything he can to work through our vehicles service, getting to the truth of the matter and explaining everything clearly to us. He is always kind, welcoming, and honest and should be rewarded for his excellent customer service. We must also compliment the Service Manager for supporting Tony and ourselves when issues occurred with our vehicles. Tony and the GP Chrysler Service Department are a big part of the reason we are still buying Dodge vehicles at this dealership. More
