He did not pressure us in any way at all to purchase a vehicle. Norman took the time to set up 4 vehicles for us to test drive. We were not to sure on the colors of what we saw and Norman went above and beyond to go to the back of the lot and bring vehicle #5 for us. As he drove it up to the showroom, it caught our eye, we took vehicle #5 for a drive and struck a deal. The entire staff at Georgetown did a fantastic job that day. I would recommend that you stop in to see Norman before you purchase your next vehicle. More

no pressure buying at georgetown chevy. my Experience was a pleasant one, i found Norman ,very easy to talk to about what i wanted in my G.M.C CANYON, he seemed to lesson to me when i said y my Experience was a pleasant one, i found Norman ,very easy to talk to about what i wanted in my G.M.C CANYON, he seemed to lesson to me when i said yes or no to something ,and did not push me to buy something i did not want. it was the easiest vehicle purchase i ever did and this was my 7th time buying a vehicle for myself or my wife. also the manager Tom was very easy to talk to and straight forward at the same time, and of course i wanted the rust proofing as well so Norman put me in touch with Drew who was also very easy to deal with. thanks for the great buying experience guys, good job done by all. When all hope is lost, go to Georgetown Chevrolet!!! I knew exactly what a wanted and how much I was comfortable spending. I wanted a 2015, Hyundai Veloster, Vitamin C, Tech Package. After going to 2 dea I knew exactly what a wanted and how much I was comfortable spending. I wanted a 2015, Hyundai Veloster, Vitamin C, Tech Package. After going to 2 dealerships including a Hyundai dealership and being offered what I didn't want or sales people trying to convince me that I would never use a panoramic roof, I thought all hope was lost. By chance I was searching on Auto Trader and I couldn't believe my eyes when I found MY car with everything I wanted at Georgetown Chevy. As soon as I walked into the dealership I knew this was going to be a different experience. Norman is very friendly, a great listener, knowledgeable and very sincere. He totally held my hand throughout this entire process. When it came time to perform his magic, Drew MORE than delivered. He put all my fears at ease and 4 days later I was driving off with my new Veloster. Thank you Norman and Drew for always keeping in me in the loop, for allowing me to ask all my silly, "girly" :-) questions and most of all for making my dream come true!! More

Absoulty amazing!!!! I have just recently bought a 2008 Ford Mustang that was a trade in at Georgetown Chev. This car was exactly what I was looking for and with the Help from Norm and Drew not only was I able to walk away with the car but I walked away feeling very confident that I made the right decision! Honesty is hard to come by and at Georgetown Chev they made it a priority.
