Todd helped me to solve a quick issue I had with my 2012 RAV 4: my drivers' window was not working properly. He explained to me the process and what will likely take to fix the issue. Todd is always great to work with. My last visit took 30 minutes less than quoted - yeah, because another 30 minutes in the chairs provided would have been excruciating.
