Thank you Todd Servant for your thorough explanation of the maintenance of our 2021 RAV4. The maintenance was completed in very quick time. Todd had Joe Moniz drive it to ensure everything was just right a the maintenance of our 2021 RAV4. The maintenance was completed in very quick time. Todd had Joe Moniz drive it to ensure everything was just right as our front brakes were squeaking when we backed out of the garage. Todd is the definition of what a consummate professional should be at what he does dealing with people all day. He called me after I dropped my truck off and explained in detail what needed to be done for m should be at what he does dealing with people all day. When I went to pick up my truck later that day, I witnessed a customer who was so happy with him for how she was treated that she gave him a big hug! Great work Todd.
