I attended for an oil change. Instead, I was bombarded with items that didn’t need any work completed. Even a back windshield wiper which was fine. I felt because I was a woman, that I was being told there were more things wrong with my vehicle than there actually was. In total, I could have spent over $500 when I came in for a simple oil change. Every time Todd came out, I cringed because I wondered how much it would cost. I don’t think men are treated this way. This is why woman don’t like to bring their vehicles in for servicing because they are being fed lies. This is the last time I bring my vehicle in for servicing with Toyota. More

Service repairs are great #1 considering they know your vehicle best however the price was higher then anyother local mech shop or Canadian Tire by 15%, THANKFULLY, they'll reduce cost if your willing to d vehicle best however the price was higher then anyother local mech shop or Canadian Tire by 15%, THANKFULLY, they'll reduce cost if your willing to do a little research homework and provide comparisons. Other dealerships I've visited provide a curtisy exterior wash, DIDN'T GET THAT HERE! It just shows customer appreciation for chosing them in my opinion and justify the price gouge. Service time is important and going to dealer for repairs normally means your not waiting for parts as they'll most likely have them readily available which is a huge plus. The waiting area and bathrooms are extremely clean and the environment is exciting being able to look at the new vehicles. Other then higher then average prices for repairs / parts it's a piece of mind repair as I've never had a part replaced or worked on that wasn't fixed on the first visit. My next vehicle will either be electric or a hybrid and will always be a Toyota so I'll definitely be back but hopefully Team Toyota London will keep my 2011 running until Trudeau takes it away from me. More
