I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I’m a bit disappointed about the recent experience at the service center. I had to pay $150 to have a service technician tell me the door doesn’t latch when I’m the service ticket I clearly stated the door service center. I had to pay $150 to have a service technician tell me the door doesn’t latch when I’m the service ticket I clearly stated the door didn’t latch. I guess my disappointment comes more from the fact that the recommended fix is to replace the entire power door assembly just to make sure. Lame. More
