Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

I am very satisfied the way the salesman Victor Parker helped me with the purchase of my toyota. He was very thoughtful nice and took his time during the process. Dealer was kind enough to give me a rental car while work was performed on my vehicle. This worked out great due to the time it took to get parts. I will only buys my new Toyota Rav 4 from this dealership. Working with Amanda was a blessing, she listens to what you want and doesn’t try to steer you to something else. Going into my tenth year having my 4Runner serviced here and it is always excellent. Steve is the best; keeps me informed of what I need (and what can wait). Normal oil change and service usually takes 35 minutes or so. Todays was over and hour. My customer rep told me that Mondays are bad due to lack of service techs and their new schedule.
