I HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS. I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ENJOY THE OUT DOORS, FISHING, 4 WHEELERS, COOKOUTS, BEACH AND POOL DAYS, AND BEING WITH LOVED ONES. I WAS BORN IN LEXINGTON, KY BUT HAVE LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF FLORIDA SINCE I WAS 6 YRS OLD

Excellent customer service, especially from Thomas at the service center! He is always super friendly and helpful. The service center is almost always very busy so you usually have to wait quite a long time. service center! He is always super friendly and helpful. Really upset with how my visit went. I paid in excess of 400 dollars for an oil change(conventional) = 60 bucks???? Air filter and cabin filter. 250 for a battery. Lifetime warranty. All I paid in excess of 400 dollars for an oil change(conventional) = 60 bucks???? Air filter and cabin filter. 250 for a battery. Lifetime warranty. All the while all of this took nearly 4 hours to complete. I also had an appointment!! Poor management with everyones excuse as to how high prices have climbed is ( the econnomy is bad) what a crock. Ill never be back. More
