I had in mind what I wanted but not certain what I could afford. I met Ted Afanasieu gave him an idea of what I would like & left the job of finding it to him. I thought I'd just look & see what my options were but in no time he found the most amazing vehicle within my price range. Then the dreaded talk with the Finance Dept. Ted introduced me to Cathy Brown & I couldn't have felt more comfortable. Cathy explained everything to me, set up my account & then advised me of a Bonus I Would receive. My experience couldn't have been better. I love my car! Thank you Capital Ford! More

Great Experience We purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX from Ted Afanasiev. It was our second MKX from this dealership (although it had changed hands since we bought our 2011 We purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX from Ted Afanasiev. It was our second MKX from this dealership (although it had changed hands since we bought our 2011). Ted couldn't have been better. He was extremely knowledgeable about the MKX (he owns one) and helped us through the buying process. He's extremely affable and made us feel that we were his only priority whenever we periodically spoke with him as we waited for delivery. We did experience a problem soon after we took delivery. While we were disappointed we know that sometimes these things happen. Our view is that it's not the problem that defines the experience, it's the service-provider's response to the problem that defines how we feel about what happened. In our situation, we couldn't have been happier with how it was handled by Ted, Cathy Brown, and Rej Bremaud. They all stepped up (on a Saturday!). More

I met with Dalbir and he was extremely helpful in getting me a vehicle that was newer and within my budget. This week I decided I was ready to trade in my 2010 Ford Escape. Again I dealt with Dalbir. This time I also dealt with Ted (sales) and Cathy (finance). They were all very helpful and managed to get me in a 2015 Kia Sorento. I am extremely happy with my new purchase and I highly recommend Dalbir, Ted and Cathy and all the other folks at Capital Ford. I will definitely be going back for my next purchase. More
