Right from my first visit Taylor exhibited thorough knowledge of the product lines, and patience in working with me through my choice of vehicle, all in a professional manner. During my search for a new vehicle, I visited many dealerships around the region, looking for a higher end vehicle. It was not only the vehicle, but the willingness of Taylor to help, the patience on reworking pricing for various options, trade in values and financing. In the end it was really Taylor's attitude during my many visits that sealed the deal. I have already recommended to numerous people to visit Crosby and meet with Taylor if they are interested in a new vehicle. Best new car experience I have had in years! More

Much more than I expected. I recently purchased a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI. Right from the start Taylor was great. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and worked at my pace to find the right vehicle, there was no pressure. During my decision making process I compared the Q7 to BMW, Mercedes and VW. Taylor was knowledgeable and professional in assisting me in my decision. Once I decided on the Q7 we found a vehicle on an incoming shipment from Germany. Unfortunately there were weather delays that put the delivery back about 3 months. During the delay Taylor updated me regularly on the status of the shipment. When my truck showed up, Taylor was there for the delivery. Bottom line...... Taylor was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Taylor Moffitt was the Audi Brand Specialist with whom we interacted, and we received nothing but top notch service from Taylor. He was able to provide us with the information that we requested about the vehicle, after sales and warranty information, and worked very hard to get us the best price possible for our purchase. Our vehicle ended up requiring a factory order, and Taylor kept us up to date with manufacturing and delivery progress from Germany to Kitchener. This included some unfortunate weather delays due to winter storms in Atlantic Canada, but he worked hard to get our car to us in the shortest time possible. Finally, we took delivery on March 31 which was supposed to be his day off, however he came into the dealership to meet with us and ensure that the delivery process was smooth and that we were satisfied. We have been very impressed with the service that we received from Taylor Moffitt and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase an Audi. We would certainly approach him again if we decide to purchase another Audi. More

Of course, we bought the car, but we were not merely forgotten after closing the deal. Taylor remained in regular communication with us to ensure our total satisfaction. He really went beyond that which we expected and well beyond that which we have experienced elsewhere. He truly cares. We also had the pleasure of having Lisa Grota deliver our vehicle to our house in Toronto, and to finalize the paperwork. She took good care of the car in transit and was very informative, attentive, friendly and professional. She also has maintained regular contact with us to ensure our satisfaction with the vehicle and to make sure that all our questions are answered in a timely manner. Simply outstanding. I only wish the dealership were closer because I would certainly have them take care of all my service needs. I know I would be in good hands. Cannot recommend them highly enough. More

Being able to take the Q5 on a test drive with Taylor was also beneficial, and, it is, what sold us on the car. He is very knowledgeable about the Audi product, which made us feel comfortable in making our decision. Taylor took the time and went out of his way to explain our financing options very thoroughly. We appreciate his customer service expertise. The whole sales process was great with Taylor, and we are really enjoying our new Q5!
