At this dealership you are just a number. 2 plus hours wait for and oil change and 1 hour wait for the car to get washed. Service Rep tries to upsell you on services that you don't need, for 2 plus hours wait for and oil change and 1 hour wait for the car to get washed. Service Rep tries to upsell you on services that you don't need, for example brakes and spark plugs. My X3 is a 2018 but only has 19,000 miles on it, good thing the mechanic shows the videos of the brake pads, as they are practically new. Then state the cost to change spark plugs is $600. No thanks... I also tried to buy an extended warranty, but Tammy in the finance department stated they were too busy and to call Monday. I called Monday and Tammy said she would call me right back; it's been over a week and no call back. I called BMW of Ocala and bought an extended warranty from them. I wish there was another BMW dealership in the area as BMW of Sarasota is less than stellar. More

Sales rep was rushing to close and I felt like he was losing his patients as we made a few visits, talked to him over the phone many times and we were asking lots of questions and it took a while to move losing his patients as we made a few visits, talked to him over the phone many times and we were asking lots of questions and it took a while to move forward. He made these impressions to us through his attitude. I could tell he wanted to get it done and move forward to another customer. This is my honest overall impression of the sales person we had. After all it is all business but we look for quality customer service and how sales rep interact with customer matters. Our experience could have been better. When the workflow shifted to finance department, efficiency and professionalism excelled! More

They were very helpful in ordering an iX50 equipped the way I wanted! BUT I have a vehicle without cornering lights - a problem on some dark streets.
