Luis and Emilio were very professional Customer service was great and they were very organized. Luis was polite, informative and not pushy. Emilio was professional and also not pushy. Came in for service drove home with a new car I brought my 2015 BMW in for service and inquired about returning my car and getting a new one early. They found a nice car for me and I was able to s I brought my 2015 BMW in for service and inquired about returning my car and getting a new one early. They found a nice car for me and I was able to switch out the cars with minimal waiting. It was a win win for me. In addition they worked to help me stay within my budget. More
