This one puts in a good face but are quite literally crooks. Make sure you know if no service is done they will still charge a reconditioning fee of $1495 They also charge $899 for an inspection. In a pre tax agreement. They pile so much crap on after you think you got the deal you want. More

Very personable staff but extremely unorganized. Finished financing paperwork then was told the car I chose was sold to someone else. Sales recovered by giving me the same car, same color w/ turbo. Then the financing paperwork then was told the car I chose was sold to someone else. Sales recovered by giving me the same car, same color w/ turbo. Then the salesman next to us who said he sold the original car I chose said the lady he was working with chose the white one and now the one I wanted was available again. I thought huh? Ok but I already signed paperwork for the turbo no thank you. After the purchase, they took their time with the payoff of my trade-in to where I had problems with my previous lender (Ally). Had to follow-up multiple times to get my registration sent in which I received a month later. No direction on how payments were to be made so I figured it out myself, thank you google. The best part of the experience was the sales guy, he was as accommodating as he could be dealing with a very challenging, choppy system. Bouncing all over the sales room to complete the process, no fluidity. Really feels like Nissan has setup a factory like operation to turn and burn customers but in reality they’ve created an extremely impersonal experience. If I didn’t love the car so much, I would’ve walked off the lot. Very unfortunate. More

No one bothers to reply back. After sending alot of follow ups, they respond. Poor customer service. They should really improve how to deal with customers.
