I received my response today from their service director TJ who could not have been more responsive. He voiced his sincerest regrets over my most recent experience and gave his assurances that this would not occur again. I believe him because as I stated previously I had very positive service in the past. I will now reschedule my follow up maintenance with them and hope to continue to provide a similar positive review as I have done so in the past. Thank you TJ
