Sylvia Donovan was great - she took away all the drudgery and frustration normally associated with buying a new vehicle and got it done. We told her what we needed and could afford and after showing us the options she just put it all together in a neat comprehensive package that was fair and easy to understand without resorting to all the usual sales upselling gibberish. We had to wait a few months for delivery but that was during covid and beyond her control. We are long time ToyotaTown customers and we'd buy again from Sylvia no problem. More
