This washouts done to keep us happy and have a happy feel about having anew car from Honda west! That, too me is way too perfect for a sales person and his sakes team! Hats off to you guys for understanding us and respecting our concerns and feelings as a whole family! Thanks ever so much Darrin and the whole team! You guys did a fab job! More

From the greetings of the receptionist to the accommodating agent, to the financial adviser, to the friendly manager - they've treated me courteously. They are honest as honest can get. They give you a very good deal if not the best. I sincerely hope that by putting in a good word, they'll strive to keep on doing what they are doing and even surpass it. After a terrible experience at a dealership in Okotoks, I never thought I would deal with Honda again. But Honda West has been great and I definitely recommend it. This dealership embodies what great customer service is like. Thank you for your service, greatly appreciate it. More

His listening skills, professiona We were welcomed by Syed, a salesperson who takes the time to get to understand his customers' lifestyle and needs. His listening skills, professionalism and warmth gave us confidence that he could answer our questions and guide us in the right direction to satisfy complex needs regarding care of grandchildren and love of extensive road trips. Our beloved Toyota Avalon was totalled by an inattentive driver, our insurance co. gave us a rental for only a limited amount of time, and we were stuck paying for a rental for a further 6 weeks while we waited the delivery of our Pilot Touring. Syed treated us like his parents, assuring us he would get some compensation for our commitment and loyal wait. He was as good as his word and was a great teacher during test driving and "in servicing" us on our wonderful high tech vehicle. We enjoyed dealing with Matt Baillie as well and never felt we were being pressured so spend more than we were prepared to. Advice was thoughtful, realistic, and in our best interests all round. We certainly look forward to visiting this dealership for our servicing and recommend it unreservedly. More

We never felt pressured, haggled, or lied to. Honda West gave us fair market value without having to negotiate. Syed was outstanding! He made the entire process very easy, no pressures, nor conflicts. He took the time to walk us through and answered our emails and concerns. When we picked up the car, Syed also took the time to patiently go over the details and show us the features of the car. Syed is polite, patient and a pro! DIsappointing I came to Honda West trying to trade in my current civic for a new civic. The sales rep i dealt with (Mr. Syed) was very helpful, friendly, profession I came to Honda West trying to trade in my current civic for a new civic. The sales rep i dealt with (Mr. Syed) was very helpful, friendly, professional and honest. He helped me understand the new vehicle even more, presented to me my options as well as payment terms to meet my hopes and expectations. I openly told him that i was approved by another dealer (Hyundai Calgary) for up to CAD 500 dollars per month on a new vehicle purchase, but after seeing the new civic, i did not proceed with that previous offer. Syed, told me it should be easy to get me approved with them as well.However, when it comes to the financing guys, Mr. Matthew would have an intimidating demeanor, was rushing and i did not have a pleasant experience with him. What puzzles me is, he told me they will do a credit check first but he did not ask for my SIN. 2 days after, he called and told me i did not get approved. Shortly thereafter, another guy from the finance department called me saying he could get me approved though for a higher interest rate. Now, its either they are trying to rip me off or they simply did not bother to do their job right. The sales guys sure are friendly, But im not sure if i could trust the guys from the financing dept. I even considered reporting them to the police or the good business bureau. More
