It was sold by the time I got back and I was then pitched on several vehicles I wasn't interested in. I should have picked up on the willingness to sell me any vehicle but that one, as clearly a back door sale was being made while I was inquiring. Would have appreciated honesty before test driving. A waste of my time. More

Never relay on Honda west for any kind of used car I bought a Honda civic last night they gave me inspection checked, and certificate , but today morning I took the car for inspection by Canadian tier I bought a Honda civic last night they gave me inspection checked, and certificate , but today morning I took the car for inspection by Canadian tier , it could not pass the inspection, because car has problems, Honda west don't inspect the car properly , inspection form they issued means nothing except lies, what they said about car all were lies, don't relay and never buy car from them, I never recommend to anybody More

Came to buy a pre-owned vehicle. We received excellent service, Danyal Ahmed had just finished his shift for the day when we arrived and wanted to look at a Lexus. He volunteered to s We received excellent service, Danyal Ahmed had just finished his shift for the day when we arrived and wanted to look at a Lexus. He volunteered to stay and help us out, but the vehicle was not on the lot and wouldn't be back until the next morning. We said we could stay overnight in Calgary and came back the next morning. Danyal was there to meet us, although he wasn't scheduled to work until 2:00 p.m.We went for a test drive and he answered all of our questions. We proceeded to make an offer to purchase, and we met Syed Haq at that time. He was very nice and told us what he knew about the vehicle. The next week we came to Calgary on the bus to pick up the vehicle and Danyal was there to give us a ride to the dealership. The transaction went smoothly, as we were introduced to Gabe Gamauf to deal with the financial part, he filled in for Awais Ahmed that we had previous email contact with. This was a very relaxed and non-pressured experience and we were treated very well. More

Amazing Value and great Certified Pre-Owned warranty as well as customer service. Matthew Porter helped me buy my vehicle & he was knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Got a car at a great price, The car was price adjusted due to some scraps on the rims. Which I became aware of and was fine with. The only downside was the cracked fog light and small rubber plastic holder that holds the bumper protector underlay is broken. Obviously will cost time and money to fix at dealership. Found those when I went home and washed and waxed the car. They may be able to fix for me as I asked and only recently bought the car a couple days ago. Other than that the car is fantastic and amazing value in the Honda Certified Pre Owned! Comes with a great warranty and had super low km on it. It's in really good condition for a vehicle that is 3 years old to date. Overall I've had really bad experiences at other dealerships in the past but this one was a Shaquille O'neal slam dunk. lol. More

Horrible Sale Service Good Morning, I would like to share my horrible experience with Honda West in Calgary. My husband and I are looking for a new CRV. We knows Honda m Good Morning, I would like to share my horrible experience with Honda West in Calgary. My husband and I are looking for a new CRV. We knows Honda makes great car, but we don't know much about the vehicle. We went to Honda West in Calgary because it's the closest to our house. When we first walk in, no one acknowledge us for a good 15 minutes. When the sales manager finally came and greet us, he didn't sped any time trying to find out what we are looking. Immediately, he send us to go for a test drive. Just before we do the test drive, a sale person became available. Syed Haq (the sales person) then came with us to the test drive. He didn't take time at all to ask what we are looking for, what kind of features we would like to have in the vehicle. We got into the vehicle, we asked if he can explain to us the feature of the CRV, what makes that better vehicle compare to others. All he said was, the feature are all on the screen. Then he told us that there is no CRV with the touring trimline available in the province. We would have to wait till the new year to get a vehicle if we want. When we were doing the test drive, Syed didn't tell us anything about the car, he was sitting in the car silent. Once we got back to the dealership, he sat us down in his desk and told again there is no CRV with the touring trimline available in the province. I then asked him to look outside of the province. He said he will not be looking for anything unless we provided him with a $4,000.00 deposit. That the way to start the searching process. I asked why he would require a deposit before he even locate a vehicle. He then said the deposit is fully refundable. I still don't agree with him because I'm not going to pay for something that doesn't exist. He basically shut me up by telling me that is the Honda company policy. If we don't put down a deposit, he is not going to start the search. I got really upset as he didn't even try to help us. Not a little bit effort at all. Both my husband and I were very upset. I have never been treated this way in a Honda dealership. My father and brother both owns Honda and we have always been treated nicely. I feel that Syed doesn't think he needs to do anything as the car would sell itself. He didn't try, offer us any other solution to help get a vehicle from somewhere else. He just want our money. A $4,000.00 deposit which I find ridicules. The most a dealership I have ever been to, would ask for a $500.00 not $4,000.00. I'm still very upset about how we were treated. More
