It's one thing to walk into a dealership where the employees just want to sell you a car -- it's quite another to walk into Westside Lexus. My car buying experience -- from requesting the vehicle to d employees just want to sell you a car -- it's quite another to walk into Westside Lexus. My car buying experience -- from requesting the vehicle to driving it off the lot -- was one marked by professionalism and red-carpet treatment each step of the way. For example, when I requested my vehicle, Steve Machann not only explained the process and accurately anticipated how long it would take to receive my car, but he walked me through the logistics to explain how and why the process is the way it is. It was less about selling a car and more about educating me and making sure we both had the same expectations, which I appreciate it. Additionally, Mr. Machann proactively updated me about the status of my vehicle throughout the process and when I did have the occasional question, he answered all my emails promptly. But the professionalism and willingness to educate didn't stop there. We next met with Brooke Malia who patiently took the time to explain the technology associated with my vehicle. Having someone as informative and calm as Ms. Malia on staff to demonstrate the ins-and-outs of my vehicle is such an asset, and something I didn't experience when purchasing my previous Lexus from elsewhere. Even the paperwork portion -- which is usually the worst part of car-buying -- was ideal because Anil Sharma wasn't a pushy loan officer. Instead, Mr. Sharma listened to me and professionally handled our paperwork in an efficient manner without all the back-and-forth. All my future vehicle purchases will continue to be from Westside Lexus and Mr. Machann because for everyone involved, it wasn't just about buying a car -- it was about making sure my needs were met. My favorite and final example of this is when Mr. Machann called me a few days after I brought the car home and he said, "Do you have any questions about your new car? If I didn’t check with you I would just be a salesman." More

One of the main issues with the dealership is lack of communication. We discussed a plan with the Sales Manager for when our car arrived. We went through a Sales Consultant for the purchase due to the Ma communication. We discussed a plan with the Sales Manager for when our car arrived. We went through a Sales Consultant for the purchase due to the Manager being out and there seemed to be a disconnect. Information was not relayed and prices changed which left us with a poor experience overall. I am not sure at this time if we will continue to lease through Lexus moving forward. More
