buying a 2nd hand Pilot I appreciated that Ray was willing to meet me in the evening of the day I first test drove the Pilot so that my friend could also test drive it, even I appreciated that Ray was willing to meet me in the evening of the day I first test drove the Pilot so that my friend could also test drive it, even though that was out of work time for him. Then he delivered it to an independent garage for a pre-sale inspection that resulted in some minor repairs and peace of mind for me. Amazing service and accommodation! Purchased used CR-V. Staff super accommodating as vehicle wasn't even processed from trade in, but they allowed test drive and deposit for purchase.
