Best car buying experience I've ever had! Steve Lancaster was knowledgeable, personable, easy-going, helpful and conscientious. He made it a hassle free buying experience. We bought a used 200 Steve Lancaster was knowledgeable, personable, easy-going, helpful and conscientious. He made it a hassle free buying experience. We bought a used 2009 Ford Escape. The car looked clean and runs well. The shop took care of a minor problem with the high-mounted brake light and some minor scratches and smudges in the paint job. I think the best part was the no haggling over the selling price and our trade-in value. Steve showed us exactly how the numbers get set so we could understand. The Business guy, Gabe, was also easy to talk to, friendly, efficient and informative. Picking up the car was smooth and only took about 45 minutes to take of everything. It was a nice touch that our name was showing on the TV in the showroom when we showed up to take delivery. When we got home we noticed that there was no manual so phoned Steve right away. He ordered a new one for us. Also, surprise surprise...the tank was full of gas!! More

Damaged door never disclosed I wanted to look at a CR-V that wad advertised online in either kijiji or Auto Trader, I don't recall which, but with no picture. I was told the vehicle must be at their off-site storage lot in Springbank, they'll get it brought down for me to look at and test drive. Once the vehicle was delivered, photos were added to the advertisement. I then booked an appointment to see it. Before that day, I dropped by to see the vehicle for the first time. To my shock, the right rear door was heavily damaged. I contacted Sam and asked why I wasn't told about the damaged door, the Honda Certified in the ad says that means the vehicle has been carefully inspected and brought uo tomhigh standards mechanically and appearance wise. Sam said the damage is visible in one of the photos online. I said it doesn't look damaged in the photo, just smudged, and zooming in didn't help, it was too grainy that way. Sam said the door skin is going to be replaced, he would ket me know ehen it has. I never heard back. I ended up buying a newer RAV4 from a different dealer and couldn't be happier. So I guess I should say thanks Honda West for doing such a poor job. And your supposed best pricing, Steve, hat's malarkey too. Other dealers showed me that same spreadsheet, based on "ask" pricing. Their pricing wasn't firm based on that tool. So yes, you do need to discount if you want to truly be competitive. I don't blame Sam by the way. I'm sure he doesn't write up the vehicle ads. More

The car we wanted to look at had been sold that morning but Sam found us a couple of others based on my criteria; safe, mechanically sound, relatively low kms, automatic. We ended up buying a 2011 Nissan Sentra that was the cleanest, lowest kms used car I have ever seen. It was also a great deal. Sam was wonderful to deal with, personable, knowledgable, polite and accommodating. Steve arranged for delivery of the car to my residence when I was unable to pick it up myself,. Sam dropped the vehicle off personally and insisted on it being detailed before delivery although I couldn't see the necessity for it as the car was spotless. I will definitely contact them again when I need to buy another vehicle and unreservedly recommend them to others. Carrie J More

I went there with some skepticism, as I was not sure what type of vehicle would perfectly suit me, within my price range. To my surprise, they had a nice range of used vehicles available & they even had my 'dream vehicle'. Steve & Brice were extremely helpful in providing me with pros & cons, in respect to my preferred vehicle choices. The asking price for my 'soon-to-be' vehicle was definitely appropriate, & much lower than I had seen elsewhere. Gabe, in the financing department, treated me as an individual with sincere respect in regards to my financial situation. He took pride in finding a suitable financial plan, & at the time of the purchase, he continued to provide comprehensive explanations of all proceedings. Steve always ensured my purchase was to be a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Brice took out the time to review all the unfamiliar features of the vehicles, which there were many. Even though the entire purchase process was highly commendable, they continued with their post-sale follow-ups. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided & will definitely recommend them to anyone. I am thoroughly enjoying my new vehicle & will return, when I decide to upgrade again.
