Excellent quality experience! Purchased a used Nissan in July. Receiving a fair price to followup services, this dealership was very accommodating in every way possible. A Father/Son Vacation Saver! I was vacationing with my Son. We crossed the border at Buffalo, NY at 2:30pm, when I noticed a humming coming from the front end. I stopped into the Nissan dealership at Niagara Falls, ON and after confirming that the bearing needed replacing, they refused to fix it and referred me to the nearest Canadian Tire. They too refused to replace the bearing, which left us with no alternative but to limp the vehicle to Toronto and abandon the rest of our vacation plans. As a last resort, I googled the next nearest Nissan Dealership and, as luck would have it, came across Collins. Despite it being 4:00pm on a Friday, the Receptionist assured me that they would not leave me stranded and took full charge of the situation by confirming that the part(s) were available and finding a mechanic to do the job. From the moment we pulled up to the service entrance, to some final words of wisdom from the Mechanic, the experience could not have been better. Due to my 30 year Military Career, I have resided in several Canada cities and never before have I been so impressed with a dealership - Thanks Collins! More

Great Dealership...Great Team Not only was the purchase of the vehicle (used 2013 Nissan Rogue ) a pleasant experience but the followup issues no matter how minor were always taken Not only was the purchase of the vehicle (used 2013 Nissan Rogue ) a pleasant experience but the followup issues no matter how minor were always taken care of.It's often easy to be forgotten after the initial sale is made but not at Collins Nissan where any concern is surly to be addressed. Once again, Collin Nissan has exceeded my expectations in their customer service. I need 4 new all season tires for my car and called Steve for a price. He mentioned he would try his best to price match beca their customer service. I need 4 new all season tires for my car and called Steve for a price. He mentioned he would try his best to price match because he knew I was looking around. They were a tad more expensive but in my opinion the customer service makes up for it all. The shuttle service was on the button with time and it drop off and pick up were to the minute of what they said. I did this during work hours so it was important. On my lunch when picking up my vehicle I mentioned that I forgot to ask for an oil change and it was due in a week. Judy was on it and asked a guy in the shop if he could do it on the fly so i didn't have to reschedule. He did! i was not late for week even. This is not the only time they have made my experience to good. I recommend this location all the time. This team is the greatest!! Long ago when I bought my car, shortly after my purse got stolen with my keys. I called them to ask what I should do cause of the keys being with my id and they offered to lock up my car for the night until they could make me a new key. I couldn't believe that they owed my nothing and went out of their way to help. It made my cry how kind they were. You guys have a great team there! More

All of the employees that we dealt with were extremely professional and friendly. It was the easiest new car purchase that we have ever made. Another bonus was that this was one of the few dealerships that was open on Sunday, which is the day that fits our schedule best. I have had the pleasure of purchasing four (4) cars off of Collins Nissan, more specifically Fred Fuoco. The latest purchase was a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder - from the minute you walk in the door to the minut of Collins Nissan, more specifically Fred Fuoco. The latest purchase was a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder - from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave you are instantly part of the Collins Nissan Family. Geoff and Fred are both straight and work with you to get you into a vehicle that is best suited for your budget and for you. The service department is the most standup department going and is without a doubt the best service department in the country. From Harry, to Steve to Judy to Jim - they instantly take care of any issues and are the most honest people you will find. My wife drives a Hyundai and gets her car only serviced @ Collins Nissan because of the four of them and Fred. The dealership is a GEM. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a car/truck/suv etc. More

Service department is friendly and helpful. They do quality work at reasonable prices. Sales staff is great too but I keep buying cars at this dealership because the service department sets a high stan quality work at reasonable prices.
