My family and I have been getting our vehicles from Finch for years. As my third time around getting a vehicle I went to Steph Gartly. I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Steph. I was for years. As my third time around getting a vehicle I went to Steph Gartly. I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Steph. I wasn't happy with my previous vehicle and needed something larger. I did some of my own research just to find out that the vehicles I was originally looking into were not larger than the Elantra I already had. As I'm super picky and the 2020 inventory was getting slim, I figured I wasn't going to buy this year until Steph was able to find an all black Tucson that hit every checkmark in my book! I'm very thankful that I wasn't put into anything that I potentially would have been unhappy within a short amount of time. This will be my last upgrade for a while, with that being said I will continue to tell everyone I know looking at new vehicles to go see Steph! 😊 More

Stephanie Gartly was fantastic to deal with. Very positive energy and I truly felt she new her stuff and gave me the best deal she could. Her sales approach was not pushy at all and she did go the ex positive energy and I truly felt she new her stuff and gave me the best deal she could. Her sales approach was not pushy at all and she did go the extra mile when we almost completed the deal and we saw another vehicle we might have been interested in instead. She was very patient and took us through and compared the 2 vehicles until we made our final decision. She was very attentive and would follow up in a timely manner to any of our questions before during and after purchase. Stephanie Gartly was the reason I purchased my new Kona. She was so friendly and helpful. She gave me the information on the vehicle and provided the prices after I told her what I wanted. She answered all my questions and went over the features of my new ride. Stephanie never pressured me, she gave me the time to come to my own decision. She installed my phone and set up my Sirius radio. I feel that I can call her anytime and she will answer my questions or get the answer for me. I definitely would purchase another vehicle from her. She is very good at her job. More

Only 5 stars? If I could give Stephanie 100 stars, I would. Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work alongside, while purchasing my vehicle.
