We brought the Charger in with a repeat problem and the team couldn't fix it. Once we left we found a problem that arose while our car was in the shop. We returned in 10 minutes and they had na answer for team couldn't fix it. Once we left we found a problem that arose while our car was in the shop. Stan provided an estimate for services needs in the car. We agreed on a maximum amount I was willing to spend on maintenance services. . He also agreed to provide me with a list of services he suggested but We agreed on a maximum amount I was willing to spend on maintenance services. . He also agreed to provide me with a list of services he suggested but I chose to not do at this time. When I picked the car up the charges were were almost $200 more than we had agreed upon. Stan came Back and said they would discount the charges to bring the cost closer to what we had agreed upon. I then paid the Cashier only to find out the dealership charged 3% for using a credit card. As no time was this additional fee disclosed. I most likely won’t be back to this dealership for service. I feel totally taken advantage of. Also wasn’t provided with the list of additional services suggested. I had to talk to Stan and wrote them down myself. We own other cars and this information is always provided at every service appointment. More
